Hossein Amanollahi was a member of the Quds Force and a military advisor to the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) in Syria who was martyred on the afternoon of Monday, 13 Farvardin 1403 SH, corresponding to April 1, 2024, in the Israeli strike on the Iranian consulate in Damascus, along with Major General Mohammad Reza Zahedi, Brigadier General Mohammad Hadi Haji Rahimi, Mohsen Sedaghat, Seyyed Mehdi Jaladati, Ali Aghababaei, and Seyyed Ali Salehi Rozbehani, from among the commanders and advisory forces of the Quds Force.
Biography
Hossein Amanollahi was born in 1355 SH in Islamshahr.
Cultural Activities
From the age of nine and during his adolescence, he was attracted to the Imam Sajjad (peace be upon him) Mosque base.
IRGC Membership
Hossein Amanollahi joined the Quds Force at the age of 18.
Presence in Syria
Since 1393 SH, along with General Qaani, for several years along with the martyr General Soleimani and also the martyr General Hamedani, he had an advisory presence in Syria and traveled to Tehran to visit his family. In the years of fighting against ISIS, due to being busy in Syria and the inability to visit his family, he was forced to bring his wife's family to Syria, and they were in hard war conditions in Syria for two years from 1395 SH to 1396 SH, adjacent to the Shrine of Lady Ruqayya (peace be upon her)[1].
Martyrdom
Hossein Amanollahi was martyred on the afternoon of Monday, 13 Farvardin 1403 SH, corresponding to April 1, 2024, in the Israeli strike on the Iranian consulate in Damascus, along with Major General Mohammad Reza Zahedi, Brigadier General Mohammad Hadi Haji Rahimi, Mohsen Sedaghat, Seyyed Mehdi Jaladati, Ali Aghababaei, and Seyyed Ali Salehi Rozbehani, from among the commanders and advisory forces of the Quds Force[2].
Reactions
Following the martyrdom of a group of generals and commanders of the Quds Force of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) in the Zionist regime's strike on the Iranian consulate in Damascus, Syria, the statement of the IRGC District of Hazrat Sayyid al-Shuhada of Islamshahr County was issued. Colonel Passdar Hadi Ilka, commander of the IRGC of Islamshahr County, stated in this statement:

The name of Islamshahr County is deeply linked with its martyrs, and the brave children of this region have proven time and again that everywhere in the world, they are ready to sacrifice their lives in defense of the ideals of the Islamic Revolution and move forward with stability in the path of protecting this country and continuing the path of resistance. Today, the fake Zionist regime committed a crime and by crossing all red lines and international laws, by targeting the building of the Iranian consulate in Syria, showed that this illegitimate child of criminal America, like its ill-omened master, is committed to no law and before this, with savage attacks on the oppressed people of Palestine in recent decades and especially in the past months, has displayed its anti-human nature more than ever. In today's attack by this usurper regime, a group of the best generals of the honorable Islamic IRGC, including Martyr General Hossein Amanollahi who was one of the dear children of Islamshahr County, reached their long-standing wish, namely martyrdom, and wore this glorious robe simultaneously with the anniversary of the martyrdom of the Master of the Pious Commander of the Faithful Hazrat Ali (peace be upon him)[3].
I congratulate and offer condolences on the martyrdom of these precious generals and the brave son of Islamshahr to the presence of Hazrat Baqiyatallah al-Azam and the Supreme Leader of the Revolution Hazrat Imam Khamenei, the honorable families of these martyrs and all the people of Iran, especially the martyr-nurturing people of the county[4].
Lifestyle
Following pure Islam, courage, affection, generosity, self-sacrifice and fighting against infidelity, polytheism and hypocrisy, being devout, being committed to prayer and obligations, humility, good morals and firm faith in Imam Khomeini and Imam Khamenei as the Guardianship of the Islamic Jurist, were among their prominent features[5].
Funeral Ceremony
After the prayer led by Imam Khamenei on the body of Mohsen Sedaghat, the commanders and his companions in Tehran, the body of Hossein Amanollahi and his comrades was simultaneously with International Quds Day carried on the hands of the people of Tehran and the pure body of this precious martyr was laid to rest amidst the tears and sorrow of the faithful and God-seeking people in Behesht-e Zahra Martyrs Cemetery, Plot 51.
