Izzat al-Rashq is a Palestinian political activist and a prominent member of the Hamas movement. He has played a significant role in media, public relations, and political activities, and has been a member of several institutions and conferences. He believes that Netanyahu has suffered a psychological defeat, and his claim regarding the return of all Zionist prisoners in Gaza and the surrender of Hamas indicates a psychological defeat, not field realities. Gaza will not surrender. The resistance, just as it imposed field equations on the Zionist enemy, will impose conditions.

Viewpoint
Izzat al-Rashq welcomed the statement by the foreign ministers of seven Arab and Islamic countries and considered it an important support for the efforts made to end Israeli aggressions against the Gaza Strip and opening the way for serious negotiations for a ceasefire. He described this statement as explicit support for the Palestinian position in negotiations and strengthening the opportunities to reach a permanent ceasefire agreement, withdrawal of the Zionist occupying army, extensive entry of humanitarian aid, and paving the way for the start of the reconstruction process under Palestinian national management with Arab and Islamic support. He believes in increasing Arab and Islamic support to stop aggressions and genocide against the Palestine nation in the Gaza Strip and end the occupation, as well as realizing the Palestinian nation's desire to establish an independent state with its capital in Jerusalem[1].
