Pan-Islamism
Pan-Islamism is a political and intellectual movement calling for unity among Muslims across geographic and sectarian boundaries. It provided the ideological foundation for Sunni–Shia rapprochement by framing internal division as a key factor in Muslim political decline (Brunner, 2004). [1]
