Logical Persuasion Strategy in Managing Change at the Great Prophet (PBUH)

Objective of the article

This research attempts to address issues related to the persuasion strategy pursued by the Great Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) in the administration of the great change that led him from the Arabian Peninsula to the farthest gathering of human beings in the remotest land. It should be noted that the management of change and its strategies, including the logical persuasion strategy, is modern human science in the areas of educational and psychological change, followed by a major breakthrough in the world at the level of change management, business management and management Individuals, time management, psychological change and social change, when we look at the need of our country Iraq in general, and the need for our specialized colleges in humanities and Islamic sciences we find that such research can be achieved in response to those needs, especially with the existence of a rich living heritage of prophetic biography Honourable, the overwhelming tender that she carries is enough to learn and manage change strategies, including logical persuasion, which can be useful in the work of pedagogic professors in their dealings with students.

Methodology

The research has adopted the analytical descriptive scientific approach (content analysis) in line with the reality of contemporary human sciences, to try to reach its targets in the shortest the most accurate and useful ways to learn about the logical persuasion strategy in managing change at the greatest Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) Of the Islamic Ummah, the importance of this strategy relative to other strategies, and its impact in bringing about change in the attitudes of others.
