Al-Tawalibah's Ordination as a Priest

In a significant move in one of the Protestant churches in Sweden, a Muslim was appointed as the priest of this church, which has angered Muslims in this country.[citation needed] Uthman al-Tawalibah is one of the activists of the Islamic Academy in Sweden who, after activity in the church, according to some Muslims, has joined anti-Islamic groups and intends to reduce the influence of Islam in this country, and with this action, they want to make people understand that mosques are places that encourage youth to violence.[citation needed]

Reactions

The selection of a Muslim as a priest in the church is to attract Muslim youth to the Christian religion, and Swedish officials announced that with this action, we will save Muslim youth from violence and being terrorists.[citation needed]

The newspaper Al-Sabil wrote in this regard: This is the first time that a Muslim has been placed as a priest in a church, and with this action, they intend to reduce the progress of Islam and the influence of mosques in Sweden.
