Mawlavi Shahabuddin Dawar is a member of the Taliban. He was a member of the Taliban negotiation team with the government of Afghanistan.
Birth
Shahabuddin Dawar was born in 1962 (CE) in Logar Province in eastern Afghanistan.
Biography
He received his initial religious education in his birthplace, then went to Peshawar, Pakistan with his family, and graduated from Haqqania Academy Akora Khattak there with higher Islamic and religious studies. He is fully proficient in the Arabic, English, Dari, and Pashto languages.
He currently resides with his family in Qatar.

- Member of the Leadership Council of the Political Office;
