Seyyed Fazlollah Musavi was born in 1953 (CE) in the city of Isfahan. He holds a PhD in International Law from the University of Tehran. Musavi served as the representative of the people of Tehran, Rey, Shemiranat, and Eslamshahr in the 7th term of the Islamic Consultative Assembly. He is the former Dean of the Faculty of Law and Political Science at the University of Tehran and a faculty member of the Faculty of Law and Political Science at the University of Tehran. Musavi is also a founding member of the World Union for Approximation of Muslim Jurists Institutions.
