Words of Hassan al-Banna
Hassan al-Banna says about him: The Muslim Brotherhood realized that the messages of the leaders were not sufficient to disseminate this movement and ensure its news reached the people in the necessary manner overall; therefore, they decided to publish a weekly magazine named the Muslim Brotherhood Newspaper. With this optimistic view that this newspaper would become a window of hope, and when the effort to implement this decision began in Cairo within the Brotherhood's circle, except for Sheikh Radwan Muhammad Radwan, no competent individual was available. The first issue of the Muslim Brotherhood weekly magazine was published on Thursday, 28 Safar 1352 AH, equivalent to late Ordibehesht 1333 SH. He also participated in the establishment of the Printing and Publishing Company.

Sheikh Radwan was interested in scientific research and the publication of valuable books. Hassan al-Banna noticed this matter and assigned him to edit the "Bab al-Ma'thurat" section in the Muslim Brotherhood weekly magazine in the 1930s.
