The text of this message is as follows:

In the name of the Lord of the Martyrs Template:Quran text

The martyrdom of Dr. Ali Heydari, a devoted, humanitarian, daring, brave, discerning, and noble physician, after 33 years of practicing medicine and assisting the needy in the farthest points of Iran and years of medical services in Lebanon, at the hands of the criminal Zionist regime which is contrary to global regulations including the Geneva Convention (in support of health personnel), caused severe grief and sorrow. The deliberate targeting of this immigrant physician while heading to treat the wounded in Nabatieh Province, by the usurper and criminal Zionist regime, once again shows the world the necessity of an immediate halt to their countless crimes. I offer condolences for the loss of this exemplary, self-sacrificing, and striving martyr in the way of God to his wife, children, dear brothers, friends, and the medical community of Iran and Lebanon, and I ask the Generous God for the exaltation of his great soul[1].

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Iran offered congratulations and condolences on the oppressed martyrdom of Dr. Ali Heydari, a committed, serving, and compassionate physician for the people of Lebanon and Iranians residing in this country, who attained the high rank of martyrdom during the savage attack by the Zionist regime in Lebanon, to the family of that dear martyr and the resistant and noble people of Iran and Lebanon, and asks the Merciful God for his exaltation of rank and for patience and reward for the survivors and the family of Iranians residing in Lebanon. Martyr Heydari, for some time prior, due to human and religious sense of duty, was present in Beirut to provide medical and healthcare assistance to the needy. The action of the Zionist regime in targeting Dr. Heydari, who was active as a physician and aid worker to treat the wounded and help patients, is a blatant violation of the 1949 Geneva Conventions, regarding the prohibition of attacks on hospitals and medical centers and physicians and medical staff, and constitutes a war crime. Since the beginning of the genocide plan in Gaza and subsequently the aggression against Lebanon, the Zionist regime has repeatedly attacked medical centers, physicians, and aid workers, and in addition to the complete destruction of many hospitals and the killing of patients and the wounded, has martyred hundreds of healers. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Iran, while strongly condemning this war crime by the occupier regime, emphasizes the duty of competent organizations and institutions, including the International Committee of the Red Cross and the World Health Organization, to document repeated cases of flagrant violation of international humanitarian law and attacks on hospitals and medical staff in Gaza and Lebanon[3].
