The court's in absentia verdict regarding the punishment of each of the defendants;... Twenty-second: Youssef Mustafa Ali Nada, Twenty-fourth: Ali Ghaleb Mahmoud Hemmat, Twenty-fifth: Youssef Ali Youssef Al-Mutayish, known as "Youssef Al.-Waei", and Twenty-seventh: Ibrahim Mohamed El-Zayat to ten years in prison. On 26 July 2012, Mohamed Morsi, the President of Egypt, issued a general pardon for him, which was published in the Official Gazette, No. 30, 2012.

Inclusion on the Terrorist List

In late 2001, the United States government under George W. Bush published a list from the United Nations in which the names of Muslims of various nationalities were included on charges of supporting terrorism following the September 11, 2001 attacks. This list included Youssef Nada and Ghaleb Hemmat, which the Attorney General of Switzerland followed by targeting the "Nada Foundation", known as the "Al-Taqwa Bank", and seized the funds of Youssef Nada and his partner Ghaleb Hemmat and some members.

Board members and individuals close to them lived under protection in house arrest, and Youssef Nada was forced to dissolve his business in Switzerland, and on 29 September 2009, the Swiss Ministry of Foreign Affairs confirmed that the UN Security Council removed this regulation. The names of Youssef Nada and Ghaleb Hemmat were crossed off the list of terrorism supporters at the request of Switzerland, as the Attorney General of Switzerland could not find evidence of their guilt after confiscating tens of thousands of documents, and the United States government could not provide evidence of their involvement in supporting "terrorism".
