Abd al-Quddus Abu Salih was born in 1932 CE in Aleppo, Syria. He obtained a BA in Arts and Law from the University of Damascus and received a PhD in Arts from Cairo University in 1971 CE. He worked as a professor at Imam Muhammad ibn Saud University in Saudi Arabia and has been active for over 30 years.
Activities
- He served as the President of the World Assembly of Islamic Literature and editor-in-chief of the Islamic Literature magazine.
- He was one of the founders of the International Assembly of Islamic Literature from the inception of the assembly, serving as Vice President, and until 1421 AH (2000 CE) was selected as the Head of the Arab Countries Office.
- He is also the editor-in-chief of the Islamic Literature magazine.
