==Comprehensive cooperation==

Comprehensive cooperation in cases upon which the world Muslims are unanimously agreed

==Harmonized stands against the enemies==

Adopting solid, shared, and harmonized stands in confrontation with enemies of Islam

==Not accusing one another of blasphemy==

Refraining from accusing one another of blasphemy, debauchery and heretic innovations:       By accepting the legitimacy of issuing verdicts in Islamic jurisprudence within the boundaries of the noble Islamic sources, we, the world Muslims, need to yield to the aftermaths and necessities of adopting such a sensitive decision as well. Therefore, if we ever find a jurist's viewpoint contradictory with our beliefs we are not permitted to accuse him and his school of thought of blasphemy and of having corrupt mentalities. Furthermore, we are not permitted to consider any Muslim as a disbeliever merely because we might believe his words, or his deeds are contradictory with fundamentals of belief, since he might not be wholeheartedly committed to those words, or deeds.

==Respectful encounters with religious differences== 

Knowing that Islam promotes a type pf lenience in our encounters with non-Muslims, and that the Holy Qur'an obliges the Muslims not to insult even the sanctities of those who have false beliefs, it goes without saying that in interactions among Muslims observing such exalted ethical values is by far more necessary. Islam has thus encouraged all Muslims not to find faults with one another in cases where they are disagreed.

==Freedom in choice of schools of thought== 

Religious freedom is a personal right. Therefore, the governments should respect the individuals' right to choose their Islamic schools of thought free from any type of obligation. The Islamic governments should furthermore recognize the legitimacy of all authentic Islamic schools of thought.
Freedom in observing personal religious deeds 
The followers of various Islamic schools of thought must have full freedom in observing their personal religious deeds based on their own jurisprudences, unless they would by doing so in public places be violating the laws of the countries in which they are living with legitimate political systems.

==Solving disputes through holding fit dialogues==

Solving disputes through holding fit dialogues, observing all norms for such interactions: In accordance with the contents of the holy Qur'anic verse:
"فبشـّر عباد الـّذين يستمعون القول فيتّبعون احسنه"
Islam urges the Muslims to hold peaceful negotiations with the disbelievers and the Peoples of the Books, in a bid to help everyone in their pursuit for grasping the truth, free from annoying hue and cry and amid a friendly atmosphere. The Muslims are therefore by far obliged to try to solve their internal disputes and differences in their Islamic beliefs through holding sound and peaceful dialogues, while fully observing the Islamic ethical values.

==Heeding the practical aspects of Proximity==

The entire Islamic community should heed the practical aspects of Proximity, and spend all-encompassing efforts aimed at full implementation of Islamic jurisprudence in aspects of their lives.
