Sayyed Fazlollah Mousavi was born in 1332 SH in the city of Isfahan. He holds a PhD in International Law from the University of Tehran. Mousavi was the representative of the people of Tehran, Rey, Shemiranat, and Eslamshahr in the 7th term of the Islamic Consultative Assembly. He is the former Dean of the Faculty of Law and Political Science at the University of Tehran and was a faculty member of the Faculty of Law and Political Science at the University of Tehran. Mousavi is also a founding member of the Global Union for the Approximation of Muslim Jurists' Institutions.
