Ahmed Khoulani is an individual who has collaborated with the Muslim Brotherhood movement and holds a Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Medicine from Zagazig University, obtained in 1978. In 1992, he ran as a candidate in the local elections in Port Fouad on a coalition list that included the Muslim Brotherhood, the Action Party, and liberals. Due to his extensive activities, he was arrested multiple times over the years.
