Abuzar Ebrahimi Turkman is an international figure holding both seminary education and a university doctorate in Law. He served as the former head of the Islamic Culture and Relations Organization. He is also a former member of the Supreme Council of the World Assembly for Approximation of Islamic Sects.


Biography

Dr. Abuzar Ebrahimi Turkman (born 1968 CE in Tehran) possesses both seminary and university education in the field of Law, holding a PhD in Law from Mofid University. He has been a formal employee of the Islamic Culture and Relations Organization since 1996 CE. In December 2013 CE, by decree of Ali Jannati, the Minister of Culture and Islamic Guidance, he was appointed as the head of the Islamic Culture and Relations Organization, a position he held until 2021 CE[1].

  • PhD in Library and Information Science (Information Science and Knowledge Studies).
  • Faculty member and Assistant Professor in the Department of Information Science and Knowledge Studies, Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences, Allameh Tabataba'i University.
