Mohammad Abu al-Khair Shukri, who was born in 1961 in Damascus, is a university professor, orator, lawyer, legal consultant, and social-political activist. Education

• He obtained his Ph.D. in Jurisprudence and International Law in 2010 from the Academic Institute of Advocacy in Beirut. His dissertation was titled "Children's Rights between Islamic Sharia and International Legislation."
• He received his license in Law in 1992 from the University of Damascus.
• He also received a license in Arabic Language and Islamic Studies from the Faculty of Islamic Da'wah in Tripoli.
