The work was originally published in Arabic and later in Persian before its Russian translation (ABNA, 2026; IQNA, 2026b).

The original version of Cell 14 was written in Arabic and published in Beirut under the title Inna ma’a al-Sabr Nasra (in Arabic: إنّ مع الصّبر نصراً, Indeed, with patience comes victory) (ABNA, 2026; IQNA, 2026b). The book was introduced by Hassan Nasrallah, the former secretary-general of Hezbollah (IQNA, 2026b). Subsequently, the work was translated and published in Persian under two titles: Cell 14 and Blood of a Heart That Turned Red (in Farsi:خون دلی که لعل شد) (IQNA, 2026b; Pars Today, 2026).

The text was prepared and edited by the Ibn Sina Iranian Foundation for Islamic Studies in Russia (ABNA, 2026; IQNA, 2026b).
