Biography
He was born on 23 August 1964 AD in the village of Damru, Sidi Salem Center, into a rural family and his father was engaged in agriculture and had a great interest in providing him with proper education. This interest was evident in him from childhood, until he joined college, he obtained a Bachelor of Engineering from Alexandria University, Electrical Engineering Department and afterwards worked as an engineer in the Educational Buildings Administration. He later married and God granted him five children.

Cooperation with the Brotherhood
Since the Brotherhood members were released from detention during the era of Anwar Sadat, they began preaching and calling and the Muslim Brotherhood spread in Egyptian universities and Alexandria University was one of the first universities that recognized the Brotherhood's call through Engineer Khairat El-Shater and Ahmed Abul-Elem. Their position was strengthened with the release of Gomaa Amin Abdel-Aziz from prison and his supervision of student work at the university, Engineer Sarwar became acquainted with the Muslim Brotherhood call through student work at the university in 1983 AD and he was active along with his brothers inside the university and in Sidi Salem Center and he was considered one of the activists of this university.
The first formation of the Muslim Brotherhood took place in the village of Damru and its affiliated areas and he strove hard to spread the Muslim Brotherhood call through Engineer Abdel-Moneim Makawi, Ali Abu-Shaasha and Jalal Abdel-Aziz, as he was raised by them and had received this call more from their companions. Many people were surprised by his indifference to the world. He was also one of the founding members of the Freedom and Justice Party in Kafr El-Sheikh Governorate.
