== Biography ==
Khidr Musa Ismail Saqr was born in the village of Al-Sawafir, in "Al-Batna al-Gharbiya", [[Palestine]] in 1936 AD, -"Al-Batna al-Gharbiya" is located 36 kilometers northeast of [[Gaza]] City and about 35 kilometers from it. Khidr Saqr suffered from hearing impairment after several surgeries, and his body weakness and especially his visual impairment intensified to the extent that it paralyzed him, and he eventually passed away.
