He grew up in an authentic and virtuous family and successfully continued his academic journey until, in 1959 AD, he joined the Faculty of Engineering at Alexandria University. He continued his university studies until he graduated in 1964 AD, and immediately after graduation, he was appointed as a teaching assistant at the same faculty. Only one year after graduation, he completed his graduate studies, obtaining his Master's degree in Civil Engineering in 1975 AD, and in 1977 AD, immediately after his release from prison, he obtained his PhD in Civil Engineering. He worked as a Professor of Civil Engineering at the Faculty of Engineering, Alexandria University.<br />
